Inscho (Note/Comment Editor, Temple Law Review, Volume 75), partner at Kline & Specter, joins the podcast to discuss a proposal before the Civil Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that would no longer limit professional malpractice claims to the county of injury.
