Congratulations to Jared M. DeBona, whose comment from TLR Vol. 86.4 [“Mom, Dad, Here’s Your Allowance: The Impending Reemergence of Pennsylvania’s Filial Support Statute and an Appeal for its Amendment“] was recently cited in an opinion by Judge Baylson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
